Each review generates a report detailing equipment status, updates performed, and recommendations for the coming months. The goal is to anticipate failures before they occur, thereby avoiding unplanned downtime and emergency repair costs. The frequency of reviews depends on the contracted plan, with monthly, bimonthly, or quarterly options depending on the company's needs.
Our response time depends on the contracted SLA level and the priority of the incident. For critical incidents (system down, business paralysed), response is under 1 hour. For high priority incidents (degraded service, multiple users affected), we respond within 2-4 hours. For medium or low priority incidents, the response time is 4-8 hours within the same business day. All our clients have access to telephone, remote, and on-site support in Tenerife during business hours. The priority channel for urgent incidents is the support phone line, available Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00.
Yes, we offer out-of-hours support by prior agreement with the client. We have plans with extended coverage until 22:00 Monday to Friday, and also plans with an emergency on-call service for weekends and public holidays, designed especially for sectors with activity outside standard hours such as hospitality, retail, or healthcare services. The on-call service guarantees that if a critical incident arises outside normal hours, a SOINTE technician will be available to act immediately. The Freelancers plan is a fixed package designed for independent professionals with standard IT needs: one or two devices, email, office applications, and internet connectivity. It includes remote support and one on-site visit per year. The Business plan is fully customisable and adapts to the specific needs of each business, regardless of size: from an SME with 5 employees to a company with 50 or more devices. It includes server management, network infrastructure, continuous 24/7 monitoring, periodic reports, and strategic IT consulting. If you are unsure which plan best fits your situation, we can carry out a free assessment with no obligation.
Our on-site services are available in Tenerife and the rest of the Canary Islands, where we can travel quickly to handle any incident requiring physical intervention. We also offer remote support to businesses throughout Spain via secure remote access tools and video conferencing, allowing us to resolve the vast majority of incidents without a site visit. For services requiring ongoing physical presence outside the Canary Islands, we assess each case individually. If your company has offices both in the Canary Islands and on the Spanish mainland, we can manage support for the entire infrastructure centrally.
SOINTE IT maintenance plans start from €35/month (excl. IGIC) for freelancers and from €50/month for businesses with multiple devices. The final price depends on the number of devices, the complexity of the infrastructure (servers, network, mobile devices), the required service level (response time, coverage hours), and any additional services included such as cloud backups or enterprise antivirus licences. All our proposals are transparent and detailed: you will know exactly what you are paying for and what each service includes.
