Preventive maintenance includes periodic hardware reviews, software and operating system updates, equipment cleaning and optimization, preventive diagnostics, backup management and performance monitoring. All designed to prevent failures before they occur.

Our response time depends on the contracted SLA level. For critical incidents, response is under 1 hour. For normal incidents, we respond within 4 hours. All our clients have access to phone and remote support during business hours.

Yes, we offer out-of-hours support by prior agreement with the client. We have extended coverage plans that include weekends and holidays for businesses that need it.

The Freelancers plan is a fixed package designed for independent professionals with standard needs. The Business plan is fully customizable and adapts to the specific needs of each business, including infrastructure management, continuous monitoring and advanced consulting.

Our on-site services are available in Tenerife and the Canary Islands. However, we offer remote support to businesses throughout Spain. For services requiring physical presence outside the Canary Islands, we evaluate each case individually.

SOINTE IT maintenance plans start from €35/month (excl. IGIC) for freelancers and from €50/month for businesses. The final price depends on the number of devices, infrastructure complexity and required service level. We offer custom quotes with no obligation.
